A sponsorship program, not an ad marketplace

Help good ABA businesses survive and thrive.

ABA Business Challenges - powered by ABA Impact - is a 13,000-member community of founders, owner-operators, and clinical leaders trying to build sustainable businesses inside a healthcare segment under increasing pressures like Medicaid uncertainty, payer denials, compliance demands, and the operational fragility that comes with growing too fast on too little infrastructure. We produce the content, community, and education that helps them survive the early years and scale without breaking. Vendor sponsorship is how we fund that work, and how we keep it within reach of the founders who need it most.

A community focused on business operations, compliance, scale, and leadership... not clinical debates or vendor noise.

Why this program exists

The ABA field is in a strange period. Demand for services is growing as autism diagnoses continue to rise, families wait months for care, and the clinical need has never been clearer. But the businesses providing that care are under more pressure than they've been in a decade. Payer reimbursement is tightening. Medicaid policy keeps shifting. Audit expectations are climbing. The cost of doing this work the right way keeps going up, and the margin for error keeps getting thinner.

The founders who serve this community, many of them being clinicians who started a practice because they cared about a specific kid, a specific family, a specific gap in the system, are now expected to run sophisticated businesses in a regulated industry while still showing up clinically. Most of them weren't trained for that. Most of them are figuring it out under pressure, often alone, often at personal cost, often paying thousands and thousands of dollars on consulting that just doesn't move the needle.

ABA Impact exists because that gap is killing good businesses before they ever get the chance to thrive. We produce education, community, and operational guidance specifically for the clinician-led ABA business - the kind of business this field needs more of, not fewer. Sponsorship funding lets us keep that work within reach for the founders we serve, invest in new resources as the field's needs evolve, and give vendors who genuinely serve this market a way to support the mission while reaching the operators they're built for.

Most people in this industry, including most of the vendors who serve it, have a personal connection to the ASD community. This program is built for the ones who do.

A note from our CEO

Most of the vendors who serve this field genuinely care about it. A lot of you have a personal connection to the ASD community... a sibling, a child, a student, a reason you ended up working in this space at all. That's part of why we built this program the way we did.

ABA Impact isn't an ad marketplace. It's a community we've spent years moderating, protecting, and pouring back into, and the founders inside it are running real businesses through Medicaid uncertainty, payer denials, and compliance pressure that keeps climbing. Vendor sponsorship is how we fund the moderation, the content, and the education that helps them survive and scale. In return, we give you a structured way to show up inside that trust - without flooding it.

If you're reading this and the model makes sense to you, I'd rather have a short conversation than send a brochure. Reserve a category below and we'll talk.

For vendors

Exclusive category access to a high-trust audience that's actively making operational decisions.

For ABA founders

A vetted partner in their category, not a flood of competing pitches.

For ABA Impact

Funding that lets us keep the community moderated, the content free, and the standards high.

The community

The community you'd be supporting

Sponsorship funds the infrastructure behind a community that's built differently. Heavily moderated. Focused on operations and survivability. Free of the promotional noise that's degraded most other professional groups. Here's who's actually in it.

13,000+ ABA professionals

Active members of the ABA Impact community on Facebook, growing weekly through organic referral.

~50% are owners or decision-makers

Founders, clinical directors, and operators who buy software, services, and compliance support for their organizations.

High-signal, heavily moderated

Built around business operations, compliance, scale, and leadership. Not a complaint forum. Not a clinical Q&A board.

Members also have direct visibility into our eBCBA Blueprint courses: the orientation program for clinicians transitioning into ownership. Your category placement reaches both established operators and the next wave of founders entering the field.

The model

Bronze and Silver share the community. Gold owns the category.

Bronze and Silver place you alongside other approved vendors in your category with structured visibility and predictable cadence. Gold makes you the only Gold sponsor in your category for twelve months, so when a founder is looking for a billing partner, you're the billing company they see. And every dollar of sponsorship revenue goes back into the work: moderation, content production, education, and keeping our resources within reach of the founders we serve.

Most ABA-focused marketing channels are noisy, transactional, or both. This one is built around a different principle: that the vendors who genuinely serve this industry deserve a way to show up that doesn't erode the trust of the people they're trying to reach. You sponsor a category. We protect the audience. Both sides win and the community gets stronger because of it.

If you're an ABA business owner reading this

You may have landed here by accident. Maybe a vendor forwarded it. Maybe you scanned a card meant for someone else. Either way — it's worth being direct about what this program is and what it isn't.

ABA Impact charges for the eBCBA Odyssey program because producing serious, ongoing education for business owners costs money. Content production, live coaching calls, ongoing curriculum development, the team that supports it — none of that runs on goodwill. We've priced it to stay within reach of the founders we serve, and we've kept the Foundation course open and permanent so that no founder is locked out of the entry point.

Vendor sponsorship doesn't change what we charge you. It changes what we can build for you. Every sponsorship dollar funds infrastructure that would otherwise have to come out of member pricing — moderation, open content, community programming, expanded education. Our long-term goal is to keep pushing the cost of serious operational education down, not up, because the field needs more clinician-led businesses surviving and scaling — not fewer. Sponsorship revenue is how we move in that direction without compromising on quality or independence.

We don't sell vendor access to your data, your contact info, or your attention. Sponsors get exclusive category placement and a structured way to show up inside the community — under the same moderation rules everyone else follows. If a sponsor ever uses their position in a way that violates community trust, they lose it. That's the deal, and it's not negotiable.

If any of that ever stops being true, you should call us on it. Our integrity is the only thing that makes this model work.

The goal is a stronger field. Everything else is mechanics.

Twelve categories. One vendor per category. A year of partnership built around a mission worth funding.
